6 million for MLE. As stated above can be split.
For offers, send in your contract offer, with annual salary and number of years stated, the player role you envision, and what else you feel might be in your favour.

Can we split the MLE? And do we have a deadline for FA offers before we give the verbal agreement?

You can split the MLE between two players.
FA can give verbal agreements after the draft is completed. FA can be signed starting next Monday.

DRAFT IS NOW OVER. NO CHANGES WILL BE MADE, NO MATTER WHAT.
MONDAY: VERBAL FREE AGENT COMMITMENTS BEGIN
WEDNESDAY: FREE AGENTS CAN OFFICIALLY SIGN (THEY HAVE TO GO ON YOUR SALARY CHART THE DAY THAT THEY SIGN OR THE ACQUISITION IS VOIDED)
UNDRAFTED ROOKIES ENTER THE FREE AGENT MARKET ON WEDNESDAY. ONLY MINIMUM OFFERS CAN BE MADE TO THEM.
