I'll accept this. You both need to make sure that this protected pick is well-documented. If we get to the 2010 draft and the possession of the pick is debated, neither team will get the pick. We need to make sure that we aren't sloppy with protected picks or else we won't honor them in this league.

We need to make sure that we aren't sloppy with protected picks or else we won't honor them in this league. Well that isn't fair to Minny, not saying OKC would but he could just say "that's my pick." We need a draft pick thread and stick it in there. |

I agree on the draft pick thread. I failed to mention that the Thunder would also forfeit the rights to whoever they chose with the 2009 pick from Minnesota if they couldn't agree on who owned the pick. I'm about to create the draft pick thread that will display any changes in who owns which pick, but we I really didn't want to use protected picks in the first place although we will as long as we don't have any issues with them.
