I accept. To make it clear why this trade before, after this trade I'm barely under cap, but if the other trade would be first, then I would be over cap and this trade wouldn't work. The other trade works in the 125% rule, while this doesn't.

I accept.
I get a ton of cap space (I will definately not be picking up Morrison's team option). I hadn't planned on re-signing Bass so the fact that he is involved in this trade is irrelevant. I get rid of Carroll's nasty contract and Hollins is worthless. I get a nice young PG with a suitable contract and another young role player in Smith. Last but not least, I get the 6th overall pick.
The way I see it:
Terry+Hollins=Telfair,Smith, 6th overall pick
