The league will be supervised by a committee of five GM's that will each oversee separate aspects of the league. These five GM's (one being myself) will also serve as the trade committee and accept or reject all trades. Lastly, the board will be in charge of disciplinary measures, such as inactivity, rule infractions, or misuse of the site. They will have the ability to take the following actions in these cases:
1) GM's can be placed on probation. Teams on probation cannot sign, release, or trade players without approval of all five committee members instead of the usual three out of five.
2) Suspend a player on GM's team for up to ten games. Length of the suspension and the player being suspended depends on the severity of the infraction. Ten games is the absolute max and will only be dished out on the rarest of occassions.
3) GM's can be placed on a leave of absence. Their team will remain in tact and will not be given to another GM on the waiting list, but the GM cannot sign, release, or trade players until his leave is up. Max leave of absence=one week.
4) GM will be stripped of team and the team will be given to a GM on the waiting list.
The committe can only exercise these powers when a GM breaks a rule. They cannot use these measures if the dislike a GM or disagree with his actions as it relates to how he runs his team.
The committee will contain:
ADMINISTRATOR--I will serve as the administrator and the simmer.
SALARY SUPERVISOR- Will make sure that every team's salary is up to date and correct.
ACTIVITY MONITOR-- Monitors GM activity. Warns GM's if they lack activity. Brings lack of activity by GM's to attention of the committee.
SENIOR JOURNALIST--In charge of media stories as it relates to the league, creates weekly power rankings, interviews GM's, etc.
PERSONNEL AGENT-- Represents personnel and coaches. GM's will make offers to coaches and personnel through the agent.
Further committee members might be added later on. Ideally there would be one CM for each division, plus an additional seventh member in case of a tie vote.
